Every example on this page really runs
We build your website, and the thirteen jobs that run behind it. A customer asks for a price. They see one straight away. You get a text with their name and number. Nobody has to be sat at a computer.
Drag the sliders, press the buttons. These are the real things we build, not pictures of them.
She picks a cedar fence, 80 ft. $0, there on the screen.

The whole chain
Follow the yellow line down. This is one customer, from her first click to next spring.
Dana picks a fence, 80 ft, and sees about $3,040. No waiting for a call back.
Your phone shows the job and her number. Her inbox shows the price and what happens next.
Only the times you’re free. It goes straight into your calendar.
If she goes quiet, a friendly message goes out twice. Nobody gets nagged.
She accepts the quote online. The materials are paid for before you order them.
A text asks for a Google review. Months later she hears about re-staining.
Thirteen automations
These are not pictures. The calculator really adds up, the slots really book, the stars really fill in. Change the fence and watch the price follow it all the way through.
Four things fire before you've put your phone back in your pocket.

Need a gate fixed, back fence. Can you come Saturday?
Most quotes go quiet rather than no. This is the part that wins them back.
No reply? A short message goes out the next morning, and once more on day three. Then it stops.
A nudge brings back a lot of the quotes you thought you'd lost.
Quote sent. $3,040 for the cedar fence.
"Morning Dana — did that fence quote make sense? Happy to walk the line with you."
"Last one from us. The April slots are filling up, shall I hold you one?"
Dana books the Saturday measure-up.
Customers pick a site visit from the times you're actually free. It syncs with your calendar both ways.
It kills the back-and-forth, and you stop double-booking yourself.
They accept the quote online and pay a deposit by card. You get the invoice copy, they get the receipt.
A deposit cuts no-shows and gets the materials paid for before you order them.

The two things nobody remembers to do, done for you.
A text goes out when the job is signed off, linking straight to your Google profile. One tap, no searching.
Reviews are the biggest lever on Google Maps, and asking in person is awkward.
Thanks Dana, lovely job. If you've 20 seconds, a review really helps a small outfit like ours: g.page/yourbusiness
Done! Fence looks great 👍

Quoted me in about a minute on their website, turned up when they said, and the cedar is bang on. Would use again.

The usual questions
You do. We sit down with your rates, your materials and your add-ons, and build the formula to match. If you charge a call-out fee or a rush rate, that goes in too. You can change a rate any time and we update it.
The calculator gives an estimate and says so. It gets the customer to a number they can live with, then you confirm the final price at the measure-up. Nobody is held to a figure a website guessed at.
No. The automations run on our systems. You get texts and emails, and one inbox you can open if you want to. If you'd rather never see a dashboard, you never have to.
Any of them, any time. Plenty of people switch off the second nudge, or want review requests sent by email instead of text. Tell us and it's changed.
Yes, registered in your name. If you ever leave, the domain and a copy of your words and photos go with you. The calculator and the automations run on our systems, so those stop when the plan does.
Send us what you charge and the three jobs you quote most. We'll build the calculator for your trade and show you the chain firing before you decide anything.
